What can be returned?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to have your items eligible for return. All of the following conditions must be met for items to be eligible for return:

Items must be unworn unwashed and unused.

All tags must be attached.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Items in original packaging cannot be damaged or altered.

Items that show any of the following may not be eligible for return: odor or signs of wear alterations or damage.

The following must be included in your communication: the item you wish to return the reason for the return and your order number.

After communication customer support will provide the return address and instructions.

Item must be packaged and shipped using a service that provides tracking.

What are the fees associated with returning?

The customer must pay to ship the item returned unless the item was damaged defective or the wrong item was sent.

If the return is not our fault we will not reimburse shipping costs.

We suggest using a returning service which includes tracking and insurance as we cannot ensure that a returned package is received.

Received Returns

You will be notified to the status of your return once the return is received and processed.

If the return is approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process and be received.

Unless the return is due our error return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

If a received item is defective damaged or was not the correct item we will facilitate an exchange or replacement of the item.

A full refund or store credit will be offered if the desired replacement is not available.

You should inspect your order when it is received.

If your order is not the correct one is damaged or is missing items you should email us within 7 days of the order being delivered with pictures of the item and packaging.

Once an order is processed or shipped it cannot be canceled. A return may be requested after delivery if the item meets our return eligibility.

International customers will pay all return costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
